Ms. Asmâa Resmouki Deputy President, International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Ms. Asmâa Resmouki became IFAC Deputy President in November 2020 after serving on the IFAC board since November 2017, originally nominated to the board by the Ordre Des Experts Comptables—Morocco. In her role as Deputy President, Ms. Resmouki chairs the IFAC Planning and Finance Committee having previously chaired the board’s Governance Subcommittee.

Ms. Resmouki is a Past President of the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA). She served on the PAFA Board since 2011, as Vice President and Chair of the Planning, Human Capital, and Financial Committee from 2013 to 2015 and as President from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Resmouki has more than twenty-five years of experience in auditing & assurance services. During her career, she was also a finance director for a multinational company.

Ms. Resmouki performed quality reviews of auditing firms within the Ordre Des Experts Comptables—Morocco from 2008 to 2011. She was also a member of the Regional Council of Chartered Accountants in Morocco from 2011 to 2014 and served as chair of the Audit Quality Review Committee

He has been a speaker in several professional forums including RIL Learning Academy, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, BCAS & International Management Association, etc. and actively contributes to the field of professional development and academics .

Sujal Shah is a practicing CA having an experience of about 32 years. He is founder partner of SSPA & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, and is involved in Corporate Consultancy practice of the firm. He was partner of M/s N. M. Raiji & Co., Chartered Accountants till October 2006.

His main areas of practice are Financial Valuation, Business Restructuring, Family Settlements, Succession Planning and general Corporate Matters.

He has been associated with several large Corporate Mergers. He has authored several papers on the subjects of Valuations and Restructuring. He is a regular speaker at various forums on Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, etc.

He was one of the Team members involved in drafting Valuation Standards for ICAI.

Bikash Prasad is a finance professional with 24 years+ of experience with companies in Asia, Africa and Middle East. Currently, he is the Group CFO of Olam Agri, a global agri-business headquartered in Singapore. He has led the group on Private Placements, Rights Issue, Board and SGX reporting, Strategic Planning, Finance Transformation, Corporate Restructuring and Carve-outs of the Group involving 200+ subsidiaries. He is an international speaker and has presented at various Global Trade, Agri and Finance forums. He recently presented and contributed to a case study on Role of Finance in driving sustainability and its organizational impacts, at the IFAC.
