The “World Forum of Accountants” WOFA 2.0 will be held at the India Expo Centre and Mart (IEML), Greater Noida, India, from January 30 to February 1, 2026.

Details of registration fees for various categories of delegates are available on the Registration Page of the WOFA 2.0 website. (https://wofa.icai.org/register)

On-site registration will not be available due to limited seating. Delegates are required to register online through the WOFA 2.0 website. We also encourage completing registration by the “Early Registration” deadline of November 10, 2025, to avail discounted fees.

You will receive a confirmation within 48–72 hours once your payment has been credited to the ICAI account.

One-day registration is not allowed; delegates must register for all three days of the conference.

Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to wofa@icai.in Please note that refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. The cancellation policy is as below:

Cancellation prior to 30th November 2025 90% of Registration fee
Cancellation Between 1st December to 31st December 2025 75% of Registration fee
After 1st January 2026 Non - Refundable

You are eligible to earn 12 continuing professional education (CPE) credits upon attending all three days of the conference. The CPE hours will be credited after conclusion of the Conference.

Both registration and in-person attendance at the conference are mandatory to earn CPE credits.

Attendance on all days of the Conference is mandatory to be eligible for CPE credits.

If you are not an Indian national and will be travelling from overseas to attend the Conference, you will likely need a visa. Upon registering for the conference, a visa invitation will automatically be sent to your email account based on the information that you provide on the registration form.

If you are only visiting India for the Conference, you may obtain a "Conference Visa". Also, the Indian government has introduced the “e-Visa” for visitors based on entry for casual business purposes. Please check www.indianvisaonline.gov.in for information on how to apply.

During the time of your registration, you can register your guest by filling out the “Accompanying Person Registration” form available on the WOFA 2.0 website wofa@icai.in Please note that accompanying person can be a non-member only and is entitled to attend only social events (including all meals) for all three days.

The conference venue, India Expo Centre and Mart Limited (IEML), is in Greater Noida and is well connected through multiple airports including Noida (Jewar) International Airport, Hindon Airport, and Indira Gandhi International (Delhi) Airport.

Upon arrival at the airport, you may exchange your local currency for Indian rupees at designated money exchange kiosks. Currency exchange services are also available at hotels, banks, and authorized money changers. Credit Cards are widely accepted in India, but it is advisable to keep some Indian currency for local street vendors/shops.

During the conference, daytime temperatures in Greater Noida are typically expected to range between 20°C and 22°C, with nighttime lows around 7°C to 10°C. For updated weather information closer to the event, please visit www.accuweather.com. While most sessions will be held in air-conditioned conference halls, some events may take place in semi-outdoor spaces, so delegates are advised to bring appropriate attire.

WOFA 2.0 is a closed, registration only conference. You can register your guest by filling out the “Accompanying Person Registration” form available on the WOFA 2.0 website. An accompanying person can be a non-member only and is entitled to attend only social events (including meals) for all three days. Further, Greater Noida and its surrounding areas offer numerous attractions.
