On-site registration will not be available due to limited seating capacity. Delegates are required to register online through the WOFA 2026 website. Participants are also encouraged to complete their registration before the “Early Registration” deadline of 31st July 2026 to avail discounted registration fees.

A confirmation email will be sent within 48–72 hours after the payment is successfully credited to the ICAI account.

No. One-day registration is not permitted. Delegates are required to register for the full three-day conference.

You are eligible to earn 12 continuing professional education (CPE) credits upon attending all three days of the conference. The CPE hours will be credited after conclusion of the ConfereYes. Delegates attending all three days of the conference will be eligible for 12 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours. The credits will be awarded after the conclusion of the conference.

Yes. Both registration and physical attendance at the conference are mandatory for earning CPE credit hours.

No. Attendance on all conference days is mandatory to qualify for CPE credits.

International participants travelling to India for the conference may require a valid visa. Upon successful registration, a visa invitation letter will automatically be sent to the registered email address based on the information provided in the registration form.

Participants travelling exclusively for the conference may apply for a “Conference Visa.” The Government of India also provides an “e-Visa” facility for eligible visitors travelling for business-related purposes. For more information, please visit: www.indianvisaonline.gov.in

Yes. During registration, delegates may register an accompanying person by filling out the “Accompanying Person Registration” form available on the WOFA 2026 website.

Please note:

• The accompanying person must be a non-member.
• Accompanying persons are permitted to attend only social events, including meals, during all three days of the conference.

Currency exchange facilities are available at airports, hotels, banks, and authorized money exchange centres. Credit cards are widely accepted across India; however, delegates are advised to carry some Indian currency for local purchases and smaller vendors.

Yes. International delegates are advised to carry suitable voltage converters and travel adapters, if required.

During December, Visakhapatnam generally experiences pleasant weather, with daytime temperatures ranging between 32°C and 37°C and nighttime temperatures between 25°C and 27°C.

Most conference sessions will be conducted in air-conditioned halls; however, some events may be hosted in semi-outdoor venues. Delegates are advised to carry appropriate clothing accordingly.

Delegates may register accompanying persons through the “Accompanying Person Registration” form available on the WOFA 2026 website. Accompanying persons may participate in social events and meals during all three days of the conference.
